What are your hours?
I create around the clock Monday-Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Thank you for reaching out to me!  Please allow me 24-48 hours for a response.

How are your items made?
All of my products are handmade.  Various materials/adhesives may be used to achieve your desired item.  


  • Resin:  Most of my items include resin, a two-part system used to either adhere, or create unique designs.  This gives a strong hold and glass like finish.

  • Bouquets & Florals:  Most bouquets are made with silk or foam florals.  I do not use real flowers.  Unless requested, some florals may be made with paper/cardstock.

It’s important to note that handmade items can be subjected to imperfections.  

What's the difference between what's on your shop vs a custom order?
Items on my shop have a design that’s already created or are ready to ship.  This makes the processing time shorter.  Custom orders require time to create a new design that’s unique for you and can be modified to your liking.

What are ready to ship items?
Ready to ship items have been created and are ready to go.  These items are sold as is and have a shorter processing time.  

What are your processing times?
All orders processing time varies by product.  Please note that when purchasing multiple items in one order, the total processing time will be the longest processing time relevant to that order.

Processing times for items on my shop as follows:

  • Custom Orders and Bouquets 3-6 weeks

  • Bling Tumblers 2-3 weeks

  • Glitter Tumblers 2-3 weeks

  • Accessories 5-7 business days

  • Ready to Ship 1-3 days

When will my items arrive?
Depending on your location and shipping method, orders normally take 2-5 days to arrive.  You can find more information on my shipping information by clicking here.


Do you accept refunds or exchanges? 

All sales are final, and I do not accept refunds or exchanges unless there is error on my end.  You can find more information on my return policy by clicking here.

Can I make changes to my order?
All requests for cancellations or changes to your order are allowed up to 24 hours after placing your order.  After 24 hours, production of your order begins and no changes can be made to your order.  If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order and within the window, please contact me via email  


Do you accept credit card/Paypal?
Yes, I accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal.
